These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and adoption of Cane Corso puppies from our breeding program. By reserving or adopting a puppy, you (“Buyer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Health Guarantee & Puppy Wellness

We guarantees all puppies are healthy at time of adoption, with:
✅ Up-to-date vaccinations & deworming
✅ Veterinary health examination prior to adoption
✅ 72-hour vet check requirement (Buyer’s responsibility)

a) Genetic Health Warranty
We provide a 1-year guarantee against life-threatening genetic conditions. If diagnosed by two licensed veterinarians within 12 months:

• Replacement puppy of equal value, or

• Full refund (minus deposit) upon puppy’s return

b) Communicable Diseases
If puppy shows signs of illness within 10 days of adoption:

• Full refund upon return with vet documentation

Void if Buyer fails initial vet exam within 72 hours.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

By adopting, you agree to:
🐾 Provide lifetime proper care (nutrition, vet visits, grooming)
🐾 Notify US first if rehoming becomes necessary
🐾 Never surrender to shelters/rescues without our written consent
🐾 Maintain AKC registration (if applicable)

3. Adoption Process

💰 Deposit: $500 non-refundable to reserve a puppy
💳 Balance Due: Paid in full by 7 weeks of age
📝 Contract: Signed before puppy leaves our care

4. Shipping & Transportation

✈️ Buyer pays all shipping costs
📦 Puppies shipped via USDA-approved airlines with health certificate
🛡️ Live arrival guarantee (must notify within 2 hours of delivery)

5. Limitations

⚠️ Iron Paw Dynasty is not liable for:

• Behavioral issues post-adoption

• Post-delivery medical expenses

• Buyer’s failure to follow care guidelines
